Sarah runs the timelines so the rest of us don't have to panic. Calm in the chaos, nothing rattles her. Give her a mad week and she'll hand you back a plan. Hobbies: travel, shopping and organising cupboards for fun. Some people just like order.
FRASER
Fraser's the fun one. That's not the whole story though. Years in the edit suite have given him serious depth, a sharp eye and hands that move fast. Outside of work he can dance and he can play piano, properly. Turns out fun and talented aren't mutually exclusive.
LOCHIE
Visionary. Perfectionist. Serial entrepreneur, three times over. Lochie's mind never stops ticking and his eye never misses a detail, which is exactly how he leads. Off the clock he's got a G&T in hand, a DIY project half-finished and a tan he's still chasing. Possibly all three at once.
ELLIE
Ellie fell into video years ago and never looked back. She pushes for what hasn't been done yet, backed by real skill and a brain that won't switch off. Bring the energy, bring the ideas, and if someone's dancing in the office, it's her. Boring isn't in the vocabulary.
ZAC
Zac's obsessed with story, and it shows in every frame he touches. Meticulous, sharp, never rushes the narrative. Most nights it's a foreign film, a good book or a show nobody's heard of yet, red wine in hand. His other specialty: sarcasm, served dry.
